Ergonomics Regulation in United States:

Did you know: The United States of America has an Ergonomics Regulation, which forms part of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)? This was published in January 9th 2010, thereby legislating ALL ergonomics in the USA!

This means that, by law,

Any employer or self-employed person who may expose any person to ergonomic risks in the workplace; or
Any person who designs, manufactures, supplies or imports machinery, plant or work systems for use at a workplace;

is now required to comply with these regulations and implement an Ergonomics Assessment program every two years and maintain the use of ergonomic equipment, such as the use of a DeskStand!
